1. Data controller

2. What data we process

We process two kinds of data. The first is what you give us yourself: when you request a free audit or book a meeting, we receive your name, your email address, your company name and whatever you write in the message field. There are no other fields, and we do not ask for a phone number.

The second is what the site collects from use: browser type, approximate location from your IP address, the pages you viewed and where you arrived from. This is collected only if you have accepted analytics cookies.

We do not buy personal data, and we do not sell or rent it on.

3. Why we process it, and on what basis

Processing enquiries rests on pre-contractual steps and on legitimate interest: you asked us to be in touch, so we are in touch. We use the data to reply, to prepare a quote and to run the project, and for nothing else.

Analytics and marketing cookies rest on your consent. None of them load before you have accepted them, and you can withdraw consent at any time from the Cookie settings button at the foot of the page.

4. Cookies

The site sets no analytics or marketing cookie before you consent. If you choose "Necessary only", no tracking scripts load at all and any cookies set earlier are deleted.

Necessary cookies cannot be switched off, because without them the site cannot remember your choice.

5. Who the data goes to

We use outside services that process data on our behalf. We do not disclose data to anyone else.

HubSpot (CRM and visitor tracking). Data is processed in an EU data centre.

Google Analytics (visitor statistics). Google also processes data outside the EU. Loaded only if you accept statistics cookies.

FormSubmit (relaying the form to email). The contents of the form travel through the service to [email protected].

Calendly (booking). The booking is made on Calendly’s own page, and anything entered there falls under Calendly’s own privacy policy.

The site loads no typefaces or code libraries from outside servers. Everything it needs comes from our own, so opening a page does not expose your IP address to third parties.

6. How long we keep data

Enquiries are kept for two years from the last contact, after which they are deleted. Data accumulated during a client relationship is kept for the term of the agreement, and records required by the Finnish Accounting Act are kept afterwards for the period that Act requires.

7. Your rights

Requests can be sent to [email protected]. We respond within a month. We verify your identity before releasing any data.

If you are not satisfied with how we process your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).

• To know what data we hold about you, and to receive a copy of it.
• Oikaista virheellinen tieto.
• To ask for your data to be deleted.
• To restrict or object to processing.
• To receive the data you gave us in a portable format.
• To withdraw cookie consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before that.

8. Security

The site runs over an encrypted connection. Only Inteller’s own personnel have access to the data, along with the services listed above to the extent their operation requires. The systems in use are protected with passwords and two-factor authentication.

9. Changes to this policy

We update this policy when the site or the services it uses change. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last changed. If the set of cookies changes, we ask for cookie consent again.
